With a BA and MA in Theatre and Performance and a Level 3 Life Coaching Diploma, I bring a unique combination of arts expertise and coaching practice to show organisations how creative approaches can transform communication, leadership, and results.

My journey began in the theatre and live arts world, where I learned that presence, authenticity, and storytelling are the foundations of powerful performance. When friends in corporate and business settings shared their work-related challenges with me, I realised those same skills are exactly what leaders need to inspire teams, deliver compelling presentations, and navigate high-stakes conversations.
